1.APPLYING FOR A COURSE

Applying for the course of your choice at any University is the very first step you take as an aspiring admission seeker. This step have been made very simple and user friendly as all school website have links you can click on, then follow the prompt instructions effortlessly. You can do this at the comfort of your bed on your mobile phones or employ the service of international agencies like JWS CONSULT to professionally guide you through this process.

1.1 REQUIREMENTS:

At this stage, you will be required to provide information and upload all necessary documents during the application step. These documents include; 

  • 5 credit passes at WAEC, NECO (One\Two sittings)
  • Test of English language (TOEFL, PTE)
  • Academic transcripts
  • Curriculum vitae (EuroPass format advisable)
  • International passport
  • All of these documents must be notarized coloured copies.

2. OFFER LETTER 

Once an applicant has successfully uploaded all the aforementioned documents at the application stage, the School will send the admission letter otherwise known as the OFFER LETTER should the applicants matches all the criteria required for the course at the school. This takes between 5-7 business days after application.

INFORMATION CONTAINED ON THE OFFER LETTER

  • The course to study, start and completion date and the total duration of the course.
  • The tuition invoice and a Breakdown of tuition fee.
  • Information regarding Living expenses in the country of study
  • Terms and conditions.

This letter clearly indicates there cannot be any changes in the course of study therefore applicants must be careful while clicking on any course to study during the application stage.

3. PAYMENT

Fees payment validates an applicants chance of securing the admission, the applicants are required to forward fees to the school as soon as possible. This tuition payment receipt is part of the important document to be included for VISA application. Information on how to make tuition fee payment are always attached to the offer/admission letter.

THE VARIOUS WAYS TO MAKE PAYMENT

  • Applicants can proceed to make payments directly from their local banks to the school account via a wire transfer. 
  • Engage the service of international admission agencies like JWS CONSULT by forwarding the fees to the company’s account who in turn send to the school account. This is always based on the prevailing exchange rate in the market.

4. INVITATION TO STUDY

Once payment has been received and confirmed(usually takes close to 5 working days) by the school, an invitation to study letter is then forwarded to the students. The letter states that the student has been offered an admission at the college/University, that all fees has been secured by the School. The receipt of this letter signifies the commencement of applying for a study visa at the embassy in their residence country so the students could be authorized by law to stay at the country of study without any stress.
